Nobody likes to get, shop for, and/or change insurance policies and coverages. For me it's "too many numbers and too much math". I wanted to get quotes from multiple companies but all in one place. I sat down with Betty and what was supposed to be an hour visit ended up being almost 2.5 hours. She explained everything, line by line, changes I could make. Betty also got to know me as a person, taking the time to ask questions about my needs, wants, family, kids, etc......nobody does that anymore. She emailed me a couple of quotes and I went back to discuss them and gave a few questions answered. Again, she took her time with me explaining everything again and made sure I understood everything. We are waiting on a few answers before making a final decision which company to go with but I am so relieved to have found this agency and it's wonderful staff. Too bad all agencies can't model themselves after this one.

I have been a customer for many years. It has always been a hassle free process to make changes in coverages like adding and removing vehicles. Debbie found me a great price for my homeowner’s and vehicle’s policy with the exact type of coverage I needed to feel protected. I highly recommend giving them a chance to be your new agent.

Debbie and Betty are top notch! They assisted me last year when I was a new WI resident and needed coverage still on MI home. They are quick and super responsive to email and questions and really worked well with me which I greatly appreciate! I’ll recommend them to everyone ! If you’re questioning or not sure, just call them ! They’re great !
