Hi, I’m Debbie Frydach, the owner and founder of Frydach Insurance. I began my insurance career in 1992 as a customer service representative at American Family Insurance in Milwaukee. Shortly thereafter I became an insurance agent working for an independent insurance agency in Menomonee Falls. The reason for becoming an independent insurance agent was to provide choice. I could see that it was hard to provide the best value for customers having only one company to work with. If a premium went up, or coverage was curtailed or excluded, I had nothing that I could do for them.
In 2004 I created Frydach Insurance Agency here in Germantown. As an independent insurance agency, representing more than 20 insurance companies, we have options. Having some of the best insurance companies in Wisconsin such as ACUITY, Travelers, West Bend, and Secura, allows us to find the right fit for all of the families and businesses we insure in the greater Milwaukee area.
Our Passion
There are a lot of things I’m passionate about in life, four that come to mind are: Muscle Cars, Harley Davidsons, Homeowners Insurance, and Customer Service.
Muscle Cars
My first passion is cruising and insuring collector vehicles such as muscle cars, antique autos, street rods, and any other type of classic car you can think of. If there’s a car show in southeastern Wisconsin, you’ll likely find me, my husband, and one or more of our five classic cars somewhere nearby.
Harley Davidsons
Another passion of ours is riding and insuring Harley Davidson motorcycles. We’ve been riding Harleys for more than 20-years, and my husband builds them for a living at the local factory. If we’re not at a car show, we’re probably out enjoying the backroads of Wisconsin.
Personal Lines Insurance
It might sound a bit funny, but I pride myself on understanding personal lines insurance. While personal auto insurance is rather straight forward, that is not the case with Wisconsin homeowners insurance. It’s sad to say, but some agents don’t ask a lot of questions and sell the same policy to nearly everyone, I’m quite the opposite. Homeowners insurance needs are different for everyone. I take pride in asking a lot of questions to understand my client’s particular needs to make sure they receive the coverage they need and a good value.
Customer Service
It may sound a bit cliché, but we do have a passion for providing the customer service we would expect ourselves.
