Hi, I’m Betty, owner of Frydach Insurance. My path in this industry began in 2019, when I joined Rural Mutual as a customer service representative. What began as a job quickly became something I genuinely loved — helping people understand their coverage, giving them real choices, and being someone they could count on during both everyday moments and the tough ones.
I’ve always believed insurance should feel personal, not overwhelming. I like talking to people, getting to know their stories, and making sure they feel heard. Whether I’m explaining coverages, walking someone through options, or simply being an ear on a hard day, I approach every conversation with patience, clarity, and care. I’m detail-oriented by nature, and I take pride in helping people feel confident and protected.
Outside of work, life is full — in the best way. I’m a mom to three amazing kids: Reece, Landry, and Eleanore. You can usually find me at their basketball, baseball, or football games, cheering them on from the sidelines. I love concerts, spending time with my family, and being a dog mom to my rescue pup, Blazer, who has completely stolen my heart.
At the end of the day, I’m here to make insurance feel simple, supportive, and human. If we get to know each other along the way, even better.

Personal Lines Insurance
It might sound a bit funny, but I pride myself on understanding personal lines insurance. While personal auto insurance is rather straight forward, that is not the case with Wisconsin homeowners insurance. It’s sad to say, but some agents don’t ask a lot of questions and sell the same policy to nearly everyone, I’m quite the opposite. Homeowners insurance needs are different for everyone. I take pride in asking a lot of questions to understand my client’s particular needs to make sure they receive the coverage they need and a good value.
Customer Service
It may sound a bit cliché, but we do have a passion for providing the customer service we would expect ourselves. One example of that is we go beyond the average agency by making ourselves available 24/7 for emergencies. How many other agencies do you know that publish their cell phone number on their website?
